Can I use the administration portal outside of my office? +
Yes, the administration portal is web based where you can access the portal through a laptop, cellphone and tablet device as long as you have wifi or cellular data.
Can I set permission levels for my staff on what they can access in the administration portal? +
You can set permission levels for each staff level on what they can view, edit and control. At any time you can manage the permission levels and change staff permissions with just a few clicks.
How long is administration portal training? +
Typically we conduct two to three training sessions on the administration portal going at the speed you request to review the features and answer any questions. The training sessions last between thirty minutes to one hour. If you need any extra support, don't worry we are here for you!
Is it possible to integrate or import data from another software? +
We integrate with various software provided through API or FTP. We encourage you to reach out to us directly and we can let you know what data can be integrated. We also allow you to import csv files into our administration portal.
