You have complete control of your mobile app through our web based administration portal. The administration portal can be used across all devices so you can make edits from your office desk or while on the go.
Can I send out alerts & push notifications?
Yes, you are able to send push notifications through the administration portal. In the administration portal you can select if you want the push notification to be sent immediately or if you want to schedule it for a future date and time.
What if I have a question or need technical support once the mobile app is live?
You will have an account representative that will support you with any questions or technical support where we will work with you through email, phone and video. If one of your members needs support they can reach out to us directly in the app through selecting "Technical Support" where our support team will respond back within 72 hours.
Does upace help me market the app?
We help you market the app by providing best launch practices and creating digital assets such as handouts, flyers, and social media examples that you can use.
What is the turnaround time for my branded app to go live on the app stores?
