1. Am I able to control my mobile app?

Yes! You have complete control of your mobile app through our admin portal. 

2. Can I send out alerts & push notifications?

You are able to send push notifications through the admin portal. In the admin portal you can select if you want the push notification to be sent immediately or if you want to schedule it for a future date.

3. What if I have a question or need technical support?

If you have any questions about the mobile app or admin portal, reach out to  us through info@upaceapp.com and a team member will work with you through email, phone or a screen share.
